Some Tasty Italian Recipes
Okay - so there were too many interesting recipes this month for us to feature only one. If you're in the mood to use an ingredient that you're just not sure what to do with, our friend Ashely Bartner from La Tavola Marche shows us that the leafy vegetable radicchio has more to offer than being part of your next salad. Ashley shows us how to make a hot and crunchy antipasto coupled with cherry tomatoes. Grazie Ashley!

Now onto some dessert! Chef Nick Cascino shows us why La Bella Sicilia is well-known for its unique and mouth-watering desserts. Nick makes it hard to only look at a photo and not want to bite right through it with his Sicilian Ricotta cake and dark chocolate shavings.
